# About AgentReady

AgentReady is a free tool that analyzes websites for AI-agent readiness. We help website owners prepare their content for AI crawlers and agents like GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot.

## What is AI-Readiness?

AI-readiness measures how well your website's content can be understood, extracted, and used by AI agents. This includes clean HTML structure, efficient content delivery, discoverability signals, structured data, and accessibility without JavaScript.

## Five Dimensions of Scoring

We analyze every page across five weighted dimensions, each composed of multiple individual checks:

- **Accessibility** (30%) — Content availability without JavaScript, page size, and content position in HTML
- **AI Discoverability** (25%) — llms.txt, robots.txt, AI bot permissions, sitemap, markdown negotiation, and Content-Signal headers
- **Structured Data** (20%) — Schema.org/JSON-LD, Open Graph, meta description, canonical URL, and language attribute
- **Semantic HTML** (15%) — Proper use of article, main, headings, semantic elements, and image alt texts
- **Content Efficiency** (10%) — Token reduction ratio, content-to-noise ratio, inline style usage, and page weight
